Are classrooms monitored by cameras?
Yes, we do have cameras monitoring our classrooms. Each classroom is equipped with a closed-circuit camera system. These live feeds are monitored internally by our management team and are recorded for security, but they are not broadcast on the internet or accessible to parents outside the center. (This is to protect the privacy of all children.) The primary purpose of our camera system is to enhance safety and support. Our center directors and administrators can view classrooms in real time, which helps us periodically check in to ensure everything is running smoothly. If a teacher needs extra assistance or if we notice something on the monitor, a staff member can quickly step in to help.
The cameras are also a valuable tool for training and quality assurance. Supervisors can review footage to coach our educators, celebrate great moments, or identify areas where we can improve. We want you to know that there’s always an extra set of eyes helping watch over your child’s classroom. While you won’t be able to log in to view the cameras remotely (again, for privacy and security reasons), you can always ask us about how your child is doing and trust that we have that oversight throughout the day. Your child’s safety is our top priority, and the camera monitoring is one more layer of protection and quality control in our program.
