Can I pay monthly or weekly?

Our standard billing cycle is monthly. This means tuition is calculated as a monthly rate, and we invoice you for each month of care (typically at the start of the month). We ask that payments be made monthly as well. Most of our families prefer this, as it aligns with typical budgeting and many people’s pay cycles. When you enroll, we’ll let you know the monthly tuition amount based on your child’s schedule. That amount remains the same each month (holidays and closures are already factored into our pricing), except perhaps in the initial or final month if your start or end date doesn’t begin at the very start of a month – in those cases, we’d pro-rate the tuition for that partial month.

We do not offer a weekly payment plan as a standard option. We’ve found that a single monthly payment keeps things simpler for both families and our billing department. However, we understand that sometimes different payment timing is necessary for individual circumstances. If paying monthly in one lump sum is challenging, please talk to our center director. In some cases, we might be able to arrange a bi-weekly schedule or split a payment in half (for example, half at the beginning of the month and half mid-month). We can’t guarantee that for every scenario, but we do aim to be understanding and flexible when possible. Just know that our tuition rates are set as monthly amounts, so even if we accept installments, it’s portioning out the monthly rate rather than charging a different weekly rate.

In summary, plan for monthly payments as the default. We will provide the due date (commonly the 1st of each month) and you can automate it or pay manually by that date. If you ever have concerns about timing, we encourage an open dialogue – we want to work with families to ensure childcare remains consistent and accessible.
