How are classrooms and entrances secured?

Our centers are carefully secured to create a safe environment for your child. Each Playto location has one main entrance for families and visitors, and it is equipped with a security system (a keypad or keycard access) that only authorized individuals can unlock. This means only Playto parents/guardians and staff can enter freely; all others must ring in and be admitted by our staff. Every other exterior door at our centers is locked and used for emergency exits only – these doors cannot be opened from the outside. We take measures like camera monitoring (see below) and diligent supervision to ensure no unauthorized person gains access to the classrooms. In short, we always know who is coming into the building and our children’s areas, which provides peace of mind for our families. Security is a top priority, and we regularly review our procedures to maintain a safe space.
