How can I make a payment?
For your convenience, Playto offers a simple online payment system. Most families use our secure parent portal/Brightwheel app to handle tuition payments. Through this system, you can pay via bank transfer (ACH) or credit/debit card each month. When you enroll, we’ll set you up in our billing system and you’ll receive instructions on how to log in, view your invoices, and make payments. You can choose to pay manually each billing cycle (for example, you’ll get an invoice for the month and you can initiate the payment online) or, even easier, you can set up automatic recurring payments. Many parents opt for the auto-pay feature so that tuition is withdrawn on the due date each month without any extra steps – this way, there’s one less thing to remember in your busy schedule.
If online payments aren’t your preference, we also accept more traditional forms of payment. You can pay by check (hand it to the director or mail it to the center) or possibly other methods depending on the center’s capabilities (some locations might accept money orders or have a card reader on site). We’ll communicate the accepted payment methods during enrollment. We do not typically handle cash payments for security reasons.
We issue receipts for all payments and keep an account ledger for each family. If your employer provides dependent care reimbursement or you need receipts for tax purposes (for the childcare tax credit or an FSA), just let us know and we can provide the documentation you require. Also, if you ever run into an issue – say, a card needs updating or you have a question about a charge – our center admin will assist you promptly. We aim to make the billing process straightforward and transparent, so you can focus on your child’s experience rather than paperwork.
