Who are the staff and what are their qualifications?

At Playto, we take great care in selecting our team. We hire for heart and fit, not just to fill a spot. This means we’re continually recruiting educators who have the right combination of knowledge, credentials, and a true passion for working with young children. All our teachers meet or exceed New York City’s requirements for childcare qualifications. Depending on the age group they teach, their backgrounds may range from having a Child Development Associate (CDA) certification to being fully certified Birth–2nd Grade teachers. Most importantly, every Playto teacher is devoted to nurturing and inspiring kids each day, creating a warm and enriching environment. (We’re proud of our team!
